Introduction
Fed project could not have been successful without teamwork and collaboration. The
project focuses on delivering freshly cooked ready to eat meals for people working and living in
Melbourne CBD. Teamwork was more effective for the success of highly innovative tasks like
the FED project. The quality of teamwork can be addressed indirectly by focusing on the
collaborative team process; in this project, six facets of collaborative team describe team quality
(Davis & Marshall, 2014). Communication, coordination among team members, member
contributions balance, effort, mutual support, and cohesion are the six facets that describe the
quality of teamwork. This reflection paper focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of working
in teams for the unit, the process used by the team members in deciding upon FED project
proposal for the assignment and how the performance of the team in future could be improved.
