My internship was at horizons edge sports campus supervisor is Ashley Henry email:ashley.henry@horizonsedgeva.com my tasks included helping with facilities taking out trash cutting grass working concessions mopping and cleaning the facilities working at youth football basketball soccer and volleyball camps rearranging storage closet.One goal I had was to gain over all knoledge on everything that goes into running a sports facility. No the site did not meet my expectations because I only did labor work and did nothing within my degree I learned when to put my foot down and when to draw the line I also learned how to push through adversity while trying to get all my hours in while dealing with two different surgeries in the same summer.This internship did not help me grow what so ever.The biggest challenge I had to overcome was dealing with people who are poor communicators and who do not care about your well-being.I over came this by reaching out to outside parties to get in contact to these people.
