The immigration policy has implications for immigrants of Mexico origin residing in the United
States. Formulated and implemented policy have significant impacts on labor markets through
the introduction of laws that had severe implications for immigrant laborers (Munoz, 2008).
Additionally, the law guiding on immigration have deliberately created the pool of cheap labor
where the worker has limited rights.
