Assume that Andy’s Auctions, Inc. is a corporation with its principal place of business in Illinois
Assume that Andy’s Auctions, Inc. is a corporation with its principal place of business in Illinois. Mike is a proprietor of a small shop in Georgia that sells used motorcycles. Andy’s calls Mike and offers to sell Mike 25 used motorcycles he has on his auction lot. Mike signs a contract with Andy’s Auctions, Inc. to purchase the motorcycles. Mike has never been to Illinois; all of his business with Andy’s Actions, Inc. was done either online or via telephone. Mike, of course, knows that Andy’s Auctions, Inc. has its principle place of business in Illinois. When Mike receives the motorcycles, he examines them and discovers that five of the bikes are damaged and do not conform to the contract, that states the bikes will be delivered in excellent condition. Mike pays Andy for 20 bikes and refuses to pay for the five damaged bikes. Andy disagrees with Mike and files a lawsuit in the circuit court in Illinois claiming that the bikes do conform to the contract and that Mike owes him the purchase price for all 25 bikes. Mike claims that the Illinois court has no personal jurisdiction over him, while Andy claims that the state does have jurisdiction over him because he knowingly did business with an Illinois company. Assume that there is no applicable possibility of quasi in rem jurisdiction. Please write an IRAC-style essay explaining whether Illinois likely to have personal jurisdiction over Mike.NOTE: Please disregard the contract issue for purposes of this assignment. Focus on personal jurisdiction, only.

you will be helping to do redo my assignment and correct my mistakes and make good score, I will provide you required material these was my feed backthis assignment had the makings of being very good however you did not utilise the required 5-8 ACS Codes of conduct and you did not identify and discuss any relevant legislation. Additionally you did not really use your chosen framework particularly well. You have not referenced your chosen framework either. Unfortunately this is not good enough to pass and you will have to redo the assignment and resubmit.

ATC A440 University of Alaska Safe Operations in National Airspace System Essay
Submit no later than (earlier is welcomed!) Wednesday 54/29, an essay (2000+ words) describing ways in which you, as a controller, airport or airline management, or pilot, can have the single biggest impact on safe operations in the national airspace system. Utilize all resources we have discussed, from FAA manuals to environmental impact statements to safety concerns. Discuss why you think this is an issue, what role you can play in impacting that issue, and how the actions controllers, management, and pilots will change the current and future consequences of this issue. For example, if you choose improving labor relationship describe first how labor relationships currently impact aviation (this would be a good place to use some sources), what actions you can pursue to change that, and how your individual actions will in some way impact the entire system eventually. Use past examples to help illustrate how small events have created big changes (another great place to include a source). I have included a rubric for grading purposes. You need to use at least two sources, and include a reference page in APA format.SOME BACKGROUND INFORMATIONI am a pilot in Alaska, graduating college in two weeks. Some of the things that interest me for the future of aviation and safe operations are the difference in training costs in Part 61 and Part 141 flight schools and how that may change in the future for young pilots trying to make the decision between. The difference between the flights schools, and especially the type of training and individual can get from choosing which one they want to pick as a you aspiring pilot. Where part 61 is the easier route to take (less boxes to check) if can make some pilots complacent. Part 141 is more strict and make the pilot follow a syllabus and TCO (training course outline). Part 141 has many more boxes to check and loops to jump through. Another thing Id like to write about is the difference in flying in the lower 48 compared to that on Alaska. Alaska does not have the infrastructure and air traffic control assistance like the lower 48 does, so how does that play into account for pilots gaining expirience looking to get to the airline job, the lack os controlling agencies to help in flight and overall training.
