Sample: Although I need to work on all the 5 measurements, Emotional Awareness is one I need to work on the most. That is Focusing on the present moment. I am constantly looking forward to a situation or activity which makes to present slip away. I have been trying to focus on the now and let the future take care of itself. Taking things as they come and not worrying about something that may not transpire keep one focused.
