    Population density

    In population density files from 1775, and 1790, it is clear that Massachusetts was unequally
    distributed given the fact that the right side of the state had the greatest occupancy rate. The
    occupancy rate to the right from 1775 was 40, and above inhabitants per square mile, which, also
    translates into the area with the highest number of delegates who were for ratification, while the
    further left side of the state had 15-40 inhabitants per square mile. The latter area translated into
    the area that had the greatest number of delegates against the ratification of the Constitution.
