The Tao Teh Ching is one of the oldest books in China, full of ambiguous meanings, and often called "hard to understand by the Chinese themselves." Write a short argumentative essay that describes the value of texts and ideas that are hard to understand and often have multiple meanings. Please use at least two examples from the Tao Teh Ching to support your claims and at least one journal source article. Papers that make use of more than these three sources will be awarded extra points. Be sure to take a position that either supports or refutes the use of ambiguous texts.
