Create an organizational chart for one of the following functional areas of the incident management system (IMS): planning, logistics, or administration/finance. Use both the textbook and outside sources to break one of these functions into its basic subunits. In a minimum of one page for the chosen function and each subunit, provide an explanation of the duties assigned to that function within that area of responsibility. Part II should be two pages long (one page for the organizational chart and one page for the explanation). The textbook is Loyd, J. B., & Richardson, J. D. (2014).
