Paper content

The first section of your paper should document and discuss any difficulties with the passage, either of translation (don’t know what the Greek word means) or of interpretation (understand the Greek words, but don’t know what Paul was trying to say).Be certain to provide appropriate citations for resources you utilized.

The second section should discuss how the passage fits into the overall scheme of Paul’s argument. This would include a discussion of how the passage fits into what Paul has previously said, as well as what he says following your specific passage. The end of Chapter 11 will be a good place to end this discussion.

Finally, and most importantly, you must make a decision about the meaning of this passage and your own interpretation. This is possible only after a careful examination of the first two issues.Decide your position based on the difficulties you identify in section one and summarize the passage in your own words.

Documentation

The books mentioned above and any additional resources you use must be fully documented in the bibliography. The information provided on this page is NOT full documentation! Information gleaned from the above writings should be noted in your paper with the author’s name and page number in parentheses, i.e. (Talbert, p. 1).Plagiarism in any form will not be acceptable and will result in a zero (0) for the paper.

Difficulties due to interpretations of Paul’s work

contemporary languages that have Greek root words. It is also perceived that Paul played a
fundamental role in the biblical society through engaging in various interpretations and Greek
translation in the form of letters to the Romans (Matera, p. 03). Despite Paul engaging in
Greek interpretations, possible difficulties were arising during the interpretations as some
people found it difficult to understand what Paul was trying to say. Apart from the early
Greek word interpretations, the current Christian society is also obliged to interpret the Bible,
and this also comes in the form of preaching and teaching in the church.
The book by Achtemeier explores some of the motives of Paul’s teachings and some
of his interpretations work to the Romans. According to Achtemeier (p. 7), history remains to
be the central section and all other things are understood from the perspective of the plan that
God has for his people. From this standpoint, a presumption can be drawn that Romans is not
well understood as the review of doctrine. Instead, the real interpretation refers to the story of
God’s relation with his creation, right from the time when His creations rebelled all the way
to the final redemption. Paul, therefore, tried to explain more about the doctrine and from the
