Describe your experience
I am at the gym very early in the morning waiting for the instructor to start giving out
instructions on what exercises to be done today, there are a lot of people at the gym some are
talking to one another but I am scared even to exchange greetings with them being that I am an
introvert and all of them are strangers to me. Everyone is standing next to a machine and because
this is my first time at the gym I do not know how the machines are operated so I start getting
nervous wondering how I will start operating them.
