Google approach to policy is the best since they help in securing an individual’s privacy.
They are suitable since the policies protect individual’s interests and eradicate biases that are found
on various platforms. Google private policy impacts an organization that is contemplating using
Google as its enterprise communication platform since any information that the organization sends
to it, it is stored and kept as personal. This means that it fosters loyalty to customers especially
when it comes to information. It helps in maintaining the language of preference especially on the
organization thus making it easier for communication to its customers. The organization also
benefits from the policy since Google alerts the organization on any suspicious logins that can
distort the organization's information (Cavoukian, 2011). Organizations through Google privacy,
they are able to communicate with their client direct without hindrances.
