Introduction
As a Registered Nurse in the United States, particularly in Florida, BSN graduation opens
up a variety of avenues through which one can serve people in the best way possible through the
passion of caring for others. For a career in nursing, one has to identify a set of objectives and
strategies that define the professional and personal life that triggers the development into being
the person he should be for the benefit of the society. As a good career plan, the information
contained herein contains the personal reflection of its author in regards to nursing and how the
qualification is utilized in the field or behind a desk to improve the lives of other people.
