Your country is surrounded by other countries that have been known to possess nuclear capabilities and that have terrorist groups. Your country is not self-sufficient. Your country must import critical supplies and natural resources for people to survive.

Introduction
The form of government that one seeks to operate highly depends on the way the country
operates, or it is being designed by the person in charge. There are various forms of government
which leaders can choose to govern the country. For example, the United States focuses on
democracy as a form of government. With this form of government, the people are around to
vote in elections to choose the people who will govern them. While choosing a form of
government, it is imperative for the person in charge to consider some factors. Some of these
factors include but not limited to both internal and external political forces, natural resources
available, the political structures in place, and the type of operations the country undertakes.
Selecting an effective system of government for implementation, looking into the legal issue that
exists in other countries, finding ways to address them so that they cannot occur in the country
and choosing between isolationist policy and the extensive foreign relations are the issues that
will be addressed in this paper.
The System of Government to Implement
As a leader who values the views of the people I govern and their security and safety, I
would implement a system of government that democracy based.
This system of government
will allow people to be able to voice their views and to share their views and ideas on the
decision-making process (Rothstein & Teorell, 2008). By the fact that, the country is surrounded
by other countries that are known to poses nuclear capabilities and have terrorist groups, it will
be of significant importance for me to make the country display and develop some form of
stability authority and leadership that will secure the country from not only the external but also
the internal threats. Besides taking in mind that the country is not self-sufficient, I believe that

through running a Democratic system of government where people will be allowed to rule,
though indirect will enable the growth of the country by ensuring people can share development
