Based on the estimations in the table below the project can be completed in 40 weeks.

With the proposed duration changes to activity A, B and C as stated in the question the expected
project time would be 41 weeks. In order to bring back the schedule to the original estimation of
36 weeks I would focus on Activity A, C, F and H because activity A is a prerequisite to 3
activities so the sooner we finish activity A then the sooner we can start on 3 different fronts.
With activities C, F and H I would focus on them because with the new duration for the activities

they would now be the activities on the critical path and by adjusting the critical path you can
adjust the whole estimated project duration.
