Introduction
Microsoft owns windows operating system. Beyond developing the operating system, the
company developed other software application that helps the users in using the computer
installed with the Windows Operating System well. Microsoft has many application packages
based on the intended work of the operating system. Among the packages is Microsoft office that
has a number of software that performs different tasks. Microsoft also has games such as spider
and solitaire among others. The other most popular software developed by Microsoft is the
calculator and internet explorer. Organizations use Microsoft based applications in running their
products such as visual studio and SQL Server. These applications are important in the use of a
computer installed with the applications. The running of these applications faces jeopardy in case
the security of the software application is compromised. Therefore, securing such applications is
important to the user and the operating system.

The main security concern in the Microsoft office software comes for the sent malicious
