For the success of an agile delivery framework, the project documentation must be
regarded as the most significant part of the project management process. Documentation needs
will be implemented in line with the agile concept to ensure that it meets the requirements of the
project. The agile concept also requires that an agile leader identifies the project progress and its
current state in terms of what has been done. In particular, the agile leader will identify the
personnel who implement each project deliverable and the duration the project took to achieve
certain deliverables.
Agile leadership is based on the agile concept that projects should lay the framework of
