When It comes to my food, I try to have a balanced diet, meaning that I am taking all the
nutrients. My meals usually contain starchy food, protein foods, fruits and vegetable, fatty foods
and also Dairy foods. The overall nutrient that I eat most is calories. This food matches what is
recommended for me because of my body goals. My specific goal now is to add some mass; I am
hoping to be able to grow some muscles. So for this, I have been trying to take in more
carbohydrates as well as proteins. The carbs have to be more than my body is using for there to be
any left for the growth. Protein is also good for muscle growth and recovery. My current workout
plan is mostly weight training whereby I have a plan where I work out for at least four times a
