With regards to the Permanente Journal documented by James et al. (2013), the authors
based their understanding and discussion on the adverse childhood experience concerning the
adult criminality as well as the longest time individuals should stay before possessing their own
lives (James et al., 2013). The study contributed positively towards the debate that people get
predisposed to crime because of their genetic makeup and also that criminal behaviors and carryouts have their origin from childhood experiences and environmental conditions. Based on the
results obtained by the scholars after their thorough research study, various adverse events occur
within the childhood as compared to the adulthood stages and; therefore, several young
individuals get exposed to criminal behaviors within their tender ages, and it is the result carried
forward to the adult stages when not addressed. Within the early stages, children experience
sexual misbehaviors, child abuses and other criminal injustices which make them become
