If companies do not manage these diversity, there are some disadvantages. First of all, employees always feel confuse or even annoyed by individuals with views and backgrounds from different countries. Sometimes, decision-making can be delayed due to diverging views and oponions, thus corporate decisions and actions take time. Meanwhile, dis-similar cultural identities, values lacks things in common and could negatively affect the overall team spirit hindering productivity. In addition, the companies might have people do their own things especially if there is no protocol and authority to ensure common practices. In the end, diversity has communication problems.
