6.Reflection:

Did you accomplish the things you planned to do during this semester? Why or why not?

What challenges might arise in the future as you execute your action plan?

What is your backup plan?

Why is cultural fit important in the job search process?

How can organizations ensure they are hiring for cultural fit while also building a diverse workforce?

I have been interested in financial planning for quite some time now, and I have been
good in mathematics and business studies. I also like creating my monthly budget to manage my
finances as a university student. And my uncle used to be a cost accountant manager; he
managed to teach me the accounting basics which involved the reporting of the recorded analysis
