The framework has empowered them to pick up a similarly more tightly authority over the real expenses of the undertakings that they undertake. The primary factor affecting task the executives quality is the general population or staff who embrace the venture. Of enthusiasm here are their productivity, commitment, and their turnover rate. The other factor is the hierarchical structure that significantly impacts the expenses to be acquired and the task's length. To moderate the issue of staff, it is basic to check the similarity of their abilities with the task's necessities. For hierarchical structure, utilizing just the attempted and tried measures for sparing expenses and time would be suitable. Apart from contact information, I have just been reusing slight variations of the same letter in my latest job search. It seems so obvious in hindsight but I absolutely want to start writing cover letters with that company in mind. Identify two (2) key skills that you learned during the course that you think will add to your communication effectiveness. I think the first skill that I have learned from this course is to be more mindful of my communication. While I have always been careful in my professional communication, I never really thought about the ramifications of sending an email with a grammatical error or creating an especially busy PowerPoint presentation. I am doing my best to reread everything I write for work at least once before I submit or finalize it. I think the second skill that has been the most important for me in this class is tailoring a message to a specific audience. While I have never enjoyed giving bad news, the week where we discussed how best to present this really resonated with me. It is very important to be aware of how you will be perceived by the people that receive your message. I have had to deliver some bad news since that particular discussion and I revisited the textbook and messages before giving the bad news. I think that I felt far more comfortable doing this since I felt I had a purpose and a goal. Usually, I would want to just get it over with, and not dwell on the bad news. I felt so empowered because I was trying to make my boss understand the issue by focusing on the facts and not trying to make excuses. Think about your goal established in Week 5's discussion. How well did you progress towards achieving that goal? What additional work must you do to achieve or expand that goal? My goal was to give the same effort in week 11 as I gave in week one. I believe that I mostly succeeded at this, but I know there were some weeks that I struggled to get everything done. Thankfully, my wife is very supportive and encouraging. Whenever she sees me slow to start on schoolwork when I get home from work, she gently reminds me that I will be very happy to have worked hard now when I graduate. This quarter she actually inspired me to start trying to test out of classes, and I was able to test out of one class. I want to continue testing out of classes in future quarters, I think the best way to do this is to develop a better personal schedule at the beginning of the quarter. Numbers would be false as they are unaware of how to produce true data into the system. That may make your numbers of what is actually on hand short or too much which can and will cost you in the long run. Not having an automated system in this day and age, you are asking for trouble. You might as well place a sign in the warehouse asking your employees to take all they want as you will not have true quantity of stock. Who will be willing to work in a substandard warehouse. Only those who are looking for a quick pay check after the law suit as they may purposefully hurt themselves. Placing your employees in unsafe conditions is against the law as they are due safe working conditions. My strategy for hiring and retaining competent employees is to first vet them. Make sure that they have the experience I seek in an employee. Pay them well is a sure way of retention. More important than pay is to respect them. Make them feel as though what they do is important to you and the company because it is. Keep them updated on the significant issues which will let them know that they are valued when you allow them to share in some of the day to day operations or decision making. Yes, the final decision is yours as the business owner. . Reply to above post in 4-6 sentences
