Executive Summary

The Real Restaurant is a 70 seat-dining restaurant located in Arizona. The restaurant has
a 30-seat lounge, and situated along Arizona shore, within the booming areas of Arizona. The
Lounge will also feature a relaxed dining room and a lounge with comfortable finishing for
customers greatness (Lepkowska-White, 2017). It will have an air-conditioned room with music
and warm tones, and it will be a good place to pass by and have something to bite and for a small
group and business meetings. The major part of the business is catering and has led the company
to have a slogan written, "For Catering, Leave it to Linda", from this tagline, the company has
had clientele whose numbers are growing each day.

Another product on offer by the company is the areas for birthday celebration venues as
there is a common understanding that most clients do not have time to set up birthday parties.
Customers can have relaxed and had all their birthday parties attended to, all they have to do is to
arrive on time and leave the party as the most memorable party ever. The restaurant has observed
it long years of experience and has taught the behavior and culture, which meets the customer
needs. The restaurant will have an international menu and offer full catering from the basics of
table settings to arrangements of the desert. The expected growth in catering is expected to be
15% with regular sales accounting for 85%, thereby realizing a total profit of 33% overall.

Mission

The Mission of the restaurant is to combine an excellent atmosphere mixed with delicious
food. Additionally, the business will have an adequate customer care service. Eventually, the

restaurant will be a choice for old, young and cater for the whole family including singles be it
males and females because of observing this (Wu et al., 2014).

There will be a combined menu, ambiance, variety, unique theme coupled with a friendly
staff that will create a sense of a place to reach the company goal and at the same time add value
to both dining and bar experience. The restaurant is gearing for fair profits and rewarding place
for both customers and employees.
