Introduction
The Hoosier Media Inc. is located in Fowler, Indiana, and was started in 2011. The
company has been experiencing a decline in its performance. The rate of subscription and
circulation, of the print media from the company is declining at a very high rate. For the past five
years, the revenues of the company have dropped with 30%. Online advertisements of the
company have increased, however, they only make 5% of the revenue of the company that does

the region has been reducing the expenses in its budget, due to a recession period experienced

circulation of the print media from the company has greatly reduced thus affecting the performance
of the company.

impacts to the company from changes that are aimed at affecting the running of the business hence
affecting its productivity. Therefore changes that will bring positive impacts should be embraced
while changes that bring negative impacts should not be considered. It has been observed that the
company, responds to all the regulatory measures directed to it by the government of the region
(Nason, & Wiklund, 2018). Some of these regulations are unfavorable thus playing a part in
affecting the smooth running of operations. It is ...
