As a resident aspiring to be a teacher, I firmly believe that motivation is the first as well
as the foremost driving force when it comes to developing a professional identity. Having the
ambition for the teaching profession keeps me going and helps me not to drop the struggle in
vain. I have come to realize that embracing motivation as an inspiring teacher persists in the
form of altruistic, extrinsic as well as intrinsic reasons or even a combination of all of these.
