Introduction
Basically, the success of any modern business may it be large or small is influenced by
successful implementation of a well designed network. Consequently, a well designed network is
the one that has undergone the due process of understanding, evaluating and most significantly
scoping the type of network that needs to be implemented in order to suite organizational
requirements (Chauhan et al., 2018). Generally, the core purpose of advanced networking is to
satisfy the requirements of data communication and minimize the cost expense. Just like any
other discipline of system design, advanced network designing starts from the initial analysis
stage where the requirements are generated and ends with the main network system component
where it is constructed. According to Chauhan et al., (2018), there are four fundamental goals
targeted in network designing. These include; network designed for security, scalability,
manageability and the availability goal. There is need for a network design for campuses that are
multiple buildings location. The integration of network across the buildings attracts leveraging of
resources such as servers, data, computer devices and business applications. The purpose of this
project is to propose and explain a detailed design of network in a multiple building.

Above all, a wireless network design is the most recommendable network for a campus
with multiple buildings. The two main types of types of networks that can be installed in an
organization with multiple buildings are the campus network and the Wide Area Network
(Diebold & Yılmaz, 2014). These networks allow sharing of resources in remote locations and
between buildings. Additionally, the organization may incorporate centralized faxing, video,
voice, administration and broadband internet. Significantly, this will be an increased capability in

connection that will help in offsetting part of the installation cost. Consider the following
scenario and requirements for designing a campus network for multiple rooms;
