(1) compose a two-paragraph original post, (2) write a "reflection" to your own original post about this aesthetic experience.1. Carefully view the excerpts of the Swan Lake and Night Journey dance selections (in Required Online Exploration).2. Find and read TWO research sources (BEYOND your text book - try google scholar or the SPC Library) concerning the two selections and be prepared to integrate them in your essay. Be sure to cite these research sources too.3. Go to the Chapter 8 Dance Evaluation Discussion forum, and write a new thread using the following instructions:In the FIRST paragraph (at least 100 words):Using at least three terms from the Dance Elements & Vocabulary Guide, identify the dance elements in the Swan Lake or Night Journey excerpts.Identify Swan Lake or Night Journey as either Classical Ballet or Modern Dance. Then, using at least three terms from the Dance Elements & Vocabulary Guide, evaluate the choreography. Is this a good example of this type of art? Is it well presented? What are its points of value? In the SECOND paragraph (at least 100 words)Compare and contrast the styles of Classical ballet and Modern dance.Identify how both of these dance compositions (Swan Lake and Night Journey) are “interdisciplinary” (i.e. are related to one or more of the disciplines in humanities we have studied so far). Finally, return to your own original post, and write a "reflection" reply to your own post of at least 50 words, in which you:Reflect on this aesthetic experience: Do you have a deeper appreciation of "dance" as a form of art? What impact did this experience have on you?

Brooklyn College Ethnographic Studies of Childhood Annotated Bibliography
Attached are the readings and an example of how it should be done. Please follow the way the example paper is written and please focus and read thoroughly. I have instructions on how it should be done and also a written document example of how it should look like. For each reading provide the name of the reading (for example: Unequal Cities Chapter 1; Unequal Cities Chapter 5; Another Brooklyn) and then a paragraph of the following. Write 1-2 sentences summarizing the main argument in your own words. Write 2-4 sentences describing what is at stake for children AND society regarding the reading.Write 1-2 sentences about how it relates to what you know about 2100 so far and our focus on justice.Example of how it should be done : Hostile Hallways- The main arguments of this reading are that Chinese children suffer a lot of peer discrimination at school, compared to other ethnicities. They might be celebrated by the teachers, who see them as academically gifted. This hurts them if they are not academically gifted and with the peers who pick on them because they are thought to be weak. What is at stake for children? Chinese American children suffer in schools with their peers and are not able to create friendships across ethnicities. They then might stereotype others for the way they are treated. The children could suffer esteem issues and feel ostracized. What is at stake for society? We see how stereotypes and 2 discrimination happens early with our children and then we see how it continues into adulthood. We need to intervene earlier so that we as professionals can break the cycle of stereotypes, so that our society is more inclusive and kinder. This relates to 2100 as we are looking at the challenges for all children in various contexts in the United States and beyond. This is an example of how all kinds of stereotypes hurt children. We need to be less stereotypical so that we arrive at justice and not just assume that some children are innocent. That hurts all children. It is truly and fairly simple ! please follow the rubric and instructions. The readings are attached and i have an example of how it should be done for both readings !

Imagine you're a senior executive for a large company.
Imagine you're a senior executive for a large company. You've just been put in charge of your companies Information Security (IS) Program and told that your mandate is to prevent cybercrime through developing sound policy. Your primary challenges are twofold: 1) You are a transnational company and employees travel all over the globe; and 2) Your company has no active audit program in place to quantify vulnerabilities and potential losses from attacks to information systems. Attack them one at a time...Realizing that when employees travel they are exposed to risk and possible cyberattack... You need to put information security protocols in place for individuals traveling abroad; specifically what other steps will you put in place to ensure that information (and equipment) will be secure? Will your plan vary depending on the countries your employees visit or is it one security plan works for all countries visited? Why? What steps must employees take before leaving and how will you measure that those steps have been taken?Your other immediate challenge is to discuss with management the challenges associated with quantifying vulnerabilities and potential losses from attacks to your company's computer systems. What's involved in doing that and what are some of the biggest challenges involved in accomplishing that kind of assessment?
