Performance of Jane’s Top Salespeople
The revenue generated and sales usually judge the performance of employees in any
business. The personnel who create most proceeds are regarded as efficient. In the case study
given, the revenue generated by each worker can be calculated by multiplying the total
transaction with the average transaction dollar. The following mathematical calculations indicate
the income each of the ten-employees generated.
1. SALLY
Average transaction = $ 371 Total transactions = 329
Revenue = 𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑒 𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 ∗ 𝑡𝑜𝑡𝑎𝑙 𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠
371 ∗ 329 = $ 122,059
2. JOE
Average transaction = $419 Total transactions = 378
Revenue = 𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑒 𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 ∗ 𝑡𝑜𝑡𝑎𝑙 𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠
419 ∗ 378 = $ 158, 382
3. HECTOR
Average transaction = $307 Total transactions = 412
Revenue = ...
