During the Busch administration many different pieces of anti terrorism legislation and polices was created that resulted in suspect terrorist losing their due process rights in the USA Patriot Act, allowed for suspected terrorists to be detained at Guantanamo Bay, military tribunals, and harsher interrogation measures for the suspected terrorist.
