Voices their concern about the young generation that is displaying signs of obesity and if the school nurses are doing anything to prevent or educate the students along with what methods the nurses are using to determine if the child is overweight or not. The survey that was conducted was a questionnaire and the state the survey was conducted in was New Jersey because that was the state that showed the largest number of obese school aged children.Literature ReviewThe literature review involves a large amount of date revolving around the topic that is being researched. The questionnaire is sent out to the school nursing and given a specific date to have the questionnaire filled out and returned back to the researchers. Then the information is gathered and placed into charts for the research. The questionnaire results will give an interpretation on the subject and give the researchers the needed information to conduct the experiment properly.
