You should always act as a role model, and show others the way. In addition, management is always conducting environment evaluations to maintain the customers' satisfaction. No experience is required for employment, as they will provide you with all of the necessary training. The only legal requirement is that you be entitled to legally work in the United States (Starbucks, 2014).With regards to knowledge and skills, employees must be able to adapt to a fast pace environment, as well as be able to work in teams, independent, or unsupervised. They must also be able to follow written, as well as verbal, instructions, and have very strong social skills. There are no severe physical requirements for employment.
