The ethical dilemma is not making more money but the issue is to make money from other resources when you are charging money and getting paid for one particular task by the employer and rather spending all the time on that job, you pay attention and get focused on another one that too from the resources of your employer [BillDanielsETHICSUNM (2011)]. If the employee has an agreement with the employer that he/she would be working for the organization during the job hours and all the resources will be used for office work only then it is the ethical and moral responsibility to stay true to the job agreement.
