Through providing the eighth grader with information of different cultures and traditions they will be able to apply this understanding of other cultures and ethnicities to better functioning in a diverse society. The six FTE high qualified teachers in the eighth grade are responsible for thirty students each with one eight grade teacher having only twenty eight students.
