ENTREPRENEURSHIPMy definition of entrepreneurship is the same as that of the Merriam Webster Dictionary:An entrepreneur is "one who organizes, manages, and assumes the risks of a business or enterprise". Entrepreneurship represents the freedom to create any business idea or concept without the restrictions and regulations that come from being an employee of a corporation.Commitment, determination, leadership, creativity, adaptability, and motivation to excel are all strengths for me. I am determined to commit to what I have started. Once the process is started and a goal is clearly set forth, I tend to work hard until the goal has been achieved. The starting is the hardest part for me. Once things are in place and the ball is rolling, my stronger skill-set areas help me to sustain the business. Opportunity obsession is another strong characteristic that I hold. I am always open
