In this case, the environmental problems are discussed and include human capital, labour market, talent, kind of people within and outside the organisation, and the environment. Moreover, their value are included.Starting with the labour market, the following are the factors; first, there is the effort exerted by both the buyers and sellers such that there are profits made to allow for employment. Secondly, there is the internal labour market where the administration is aware of the available employees with the potential of getting a promotion. Thirdly, the management should be aware of the external market with the available potential employees of the company (Glatt and Schwentker, 2010,24).Human capital is the next environmental issue affecting businesses and includes; adding the value of the employee by giving better pays and incentives and improving the workers' skills and knowledge in their area of specialisation. Training can better achieve this goal, hence enhance their efficiency. Further, the company which ensures there is increased efficiency by the employees makes its goals achievable much faster. Notably, if the investment is done on the employees by the business, it is bound to make huge returns.
