He was king of England from 21 April 1509 until his death. Henry VIII lived in England. After 'divorcing' Catherine of Aragon Henry the 8th lived at Hampton Court Palace with his new wife Anne Boleyn. Henry had many palaces which he lived in, these included Greenwich (where he was born), Richmond and many others. He had so may palaces, castles and houses that no other monarch before or since has had more. When he died he had around 50 residencies to his name.
