Diabetes complications can be prevented by diet managementand general nursing.Diabetes comes in two types namely; type one diabetes and type two diabetes, it is oftenhard to distinguish them because of their many similarities and the unpredictable nature.Whenever there is a shadow of doubt on the kind of diabetes a person has, it is necessary to carryout specialized tests. Appropriate treatment and care for the two types varies (Unger & Schwartz,2013).Type one diabetes is less prevalent and only counts for not more than 10% of the totalcases of the disease.
