Regardless of Jacastas saying and predictions about theoracle all the prophecies come to pass. For this reason both Jocasta and Oedipus try to changetheir family structure and moves away. This was to change their fate. They also moved far awayfrom the family members who might threaten them. By doing this the route of the story is set.Fate is not escapable no matter what any one does it will still come to pass. The end of Oedipusis not his fault. He has just found himself in the middle of this thing called fate (Ruoqi, 2015).It is hard for Oedipus to accept things as they are but he still investigates his past whichmakes him an enemy of himself.
