In theory the free flow of capital from the industrialized country to the less developed country should lead to a more efficient allocation of resources and increase growth in the underdeveloped countries economy. Theoretically financial globalization would eventuate in resources flowing from developed capital-abundant economies to the less developed economies with opening of the capital account (Mohan, 2010). When the capital flow reaches the under developed economy the result is higher productivity, higher economic stability, and stronger profitability. The underdeveloped country would have better opportunities for global investments and economic growth.
