An organization who had hired a new inexperienced virtual team for some new projects and they need this team to be as effective as their previous team. The team leaders and managers took up this responsibility with commitment to positively develop this team. Through researches, managers classified team management into five categorical stages of predicted development. These five stages include Forming, Storming, Cohesive, Performing and interdependent stages of development. All individuals in a virtual team pass step by step through these stages until they reach the stage of highest productivity and performance.
