The efforts must be put in the management and strategic evaluations to identify the components of the approaching change rather than fighting against it because the irresistible factors of change will implement are usually impossible to fight which means that the organizations must be prepared to manage the organizational changes and drive this force for benefits and organizational convenience [Alan Chapman (2014)]. Organizational change must be handled by starting at the top of the executive hierarchy because change must flow downward from the upper authorities towards the lowest layer of employees. Organizational strategies must be reconstructed on many levels because this change might develop newer job responsibilities and functions of the enterprise might be updated.
