Hate crime is known as the violence of intolerance and bigotry which intends to hurt and intimidates an individual because of race, citizenship, disability, ethnicity and sexual orientation. The two factors that contribute to gang violent include the poverty, unemployment and youth crimes. The factors contributing to hate crime are disrespect issues, drugs use and poor parenting (Paludi, 2011). Considering all sorts of crimes, hate crimes likely to create or exacerbate tensions that trigger the larger community in associate to race conflicts and civil disturbances. Certainly, the violent hate crimes have been identified to be much more brutal than the similar non-hate crimes. The hate crimes involve offender’s use of extreme violence and anything that is required to subdue the victim. The crime pattern which I have identified is the hot spot
