Fitness TestsDifferent Fitness Tests (P5)There can be various kinds of fitness tests. And Fitness Testing is a kind of technique that people use to get the health issues of other individual. And each fitness test can have different consequences and different inevitable movements. These are very important fitness tests and the entire nation must be aware of these kinds of fitness tests to keep themselves fast and healthy. And you can be young for a longer period of your life. And my name is Jackon Lemon and I will use certain tests on myself [Alice Tocknell (2014)].And first test selected by me is Multi-Stage Fitness Test. It is a kind of test in which an individual repeat one task again and again. Its a kind of practice which is being done in all kind of sports. Like if we take badminton, trainers adjust almost 14 small packs around trainee in circle and trainee go to each pack one by one and hit shuttle from each pack. One more example we can have is the person who come go in front and behind of the given scale again and again. He repeats that tasks for a specific period of time. And a very less ratio of people do this task because of long period repetition of tasks. People get bored off doing it. But its very valuable test, it keep the brain on point and save us from being old. And my second selected test is one minute Press-Up + Sit-Up tests.
