A cask of Amontillado reveals the time Montresor took hold on revenge to Fortunado who is a fellow nobleman by subjecting unknown person to him. He plots to kill his best friend Fortunado during a Carnival session by having a thought of his friend’s fondness for wine. Montresor appears wearing a black silk mask and approaches Fortunado (Edgar 1). With a clear figured circumstance, Montresor tell Fortunado that he has an idea about this Amontillado and this idea could make a pass for Amontillado. He presents a light Spanish sherry. Fortunado with a frightening face jests around and Montresor discovers that he is longing to have a taste. Montresor thought of requesting another fellow to taste it in sight of Fortunado, so he asks Luchesi to have a taste.
