Future of OrganizingNew Science of Leadership TheoriesThree basic ingredients of the perspective adopted by Margaret Weatley are existence of all materialistic objects in relationships with each other not individually, chaotic processing of information in human minds and dependability on biological figureheads in the form of leadership. These three factors have the key roles in changing the organizational processes of thinking in modern times. The older ways of organizational thinking are a clear problem in the ways of modern approaches of innovations [Scott London (2008)] [Barrett Koehler Publishers (2006)]. The first element of this theory is derived from the concepts taken from Quantum Physics which demonstrates that all material objects in the universe live in relationships with each other and there is no concept of individuality. Just like the basic units of pixels combine up to form a picture or a computer screen on a whole, similarly organizations cannot be looked up as individual entities but they are connected with each other in a network of relationship [Scott London (2008)]. The second element of the theory is based on chaos in informational processing. The more information we collect about an incident, more chaos it creates in our brains and so it makes us confused. This confusion is part of critical thinking process and this gigantic volume of information is what finally leads towards finding newer solutions and breaks traditional approaches [Scott L
