Global Climate Effects on Sea LevelEarth is a vital planet in which constant changes are occurring by internal or external forces. Currents of magma within our planet moves the plates of earth that consistently form the earths crust which then builds mountains and creates valleys. After a long delay these valleys become lakes, seas and oceans. The greatest factor which affects earth is sunlight. Sun provides energy for living organisms, and handles our earths weather and climate by creating temperature gradients in atmosphere and oceans. 4Our planet is facing many problems or changes in climate such as pollution, increasing temperature, lack of water etc. climate changes affect our economy, communities in many ways. Many scientists are warning that if we do not control climate change now, the results will be very dangerous. 5WHAT IS SEA LEVEL?Sea level is the average height of the ocean with respect to the land. It is a mean level between high and low tide, and it is used as a standard base for measuring depth and height of oceans. 5RISING SEA LEVELWhen water gets warmer, it takes up more space. A single drop of water expands a little bit but when we multiply it over the entire depth of the ocean, it adds up and thereby sea level rise. 2, 5Whats happening now?Fundamental samples, tide gauge readings and recent satellite measurements tell that the Sea Level has increases from 5 to 8 inches. 2What will happen in future? If people keep
