Maslow discussed that there are five stages of human needs which drive the intrinsic or extrinsic motivation to achieve certain goals. These five stages are fulfillment of psychological, Security, social acceptability, self-esteem needs and self-actualization needs respectively. Once a person succeeds in accomplishing psychological and biological needs which include basic survival needs like food, shelter and sleep, motivational factors drive him to strive for the next stage of Maslows Hierarchy Model which would be thriving for safety and so on [Alan Chapman (2014)].Self-Actualization Self-Actualization is the final stage of satisfaction of human needs in Maslows motivational model. Maslows model is a rather positive approach according to which humans are motivated by the needs of fulfillment and these stages come in five different phases of respective personality growth. In this last and final stage, a person has realized its purpose and meaning of life and has a commitment to live to it. This stage can only be achieved after having secured basic psychological needs, security needs, needs of social acceptability and high level of self-respect and self-esteem.
