America passed the Antitrust Act to regulate market prices in 1890 but has been partially successful in achieving its objective due to dynamically advancing product types and monopoly groups [Andrew Beattie (2015)].AT&T Inc. is an American Telecommunication provider headquartered in Texas. AT&T has a very long history of monopoly and fighting its regulations in America. The organization is the largest in Dallas and third largest in Texas with respect to its broadband services and landline telephones. American legislation forced the AT&T to break up its monopoly and to create opportunities for price regulations and potential competition for smaller manufacturers.
