This paper will discuss issues concerning the appointment of Supreme Court Justices, their lifetime tenure and issues that are addressed by them.In this writers opinion, Supreme Court Justices should be elected rather than being appointed. The reason is that it is possible for the presidents to give an opportunity to judges who support their ideological views and impose them to the Senate for counsel and assent.
