If the roundness of a soccer ball is separated from its weight and color, and its roundness is the one taken into consideration only, the ball will be considered in form of roundness. According to Plato, the property of roundness existed apart from the soccer ball, however in a different existence form. According to his views, the form of roundness existed independent of the soccer ball and also independent of people's thoughts of its existence. This is because of the fact that all round objects do exist, copy or participate in the soccer ball's similar form of roundness (Welton, 2002). In order to exactly see how a form exists and is difference from other material objects, individuals need to look at the first two characteristics of the object that differentiate it from other objects.
