The goal of any marketing program for either B2B or B2C organizations is to find the combination of integrated online and offline tools that produces maximum sales, minimum expense and maximum profit. Simply stated, marketing depends on who you are delivering the message to. With B2B, you have to know the businesses needs, its current situation, competitors, trends, technology, costs, etc. B2C is also about knowing who you're selling to. You have to know their wants and needs, your competition, distribution, supply chains, costs, etc. A successful marketing strategy remains cognizant of the audience receiving the sales message.
